Construction Yard Warehouse Associate

Location: Apache Junction, AZ 85120 Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Day shift, M-F Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Yard Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our outdoor construction materials yard. This role involves loading and unloading heavy materials, organizing inventory, preparing materials for job sites, and maintaining a safe and efficient yard environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, being outdoors, and working as a part of team and independently. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload incoming materials Pull and pack materials for pickup Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) Keep yard organized, clean, and safe Assist drivers with securing loads Accurately track inventory and materials Follow OSHA, safety procedures and company policies Pick up material from Vendor warehouses Perform general yard maintenance and labor tasks as needed Minor vehicle maintenance Qualifications: Ability to lift 75+ lbs. regularly Age 21+ required Previous warehouse or construction yard experience preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Forklift experience Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to follow instructions and work independently minor vehicle maintenance knowledge Physical Requirements: Frequent lifting, bending, and standing Exposure to outdoor weather conditions Ability to safely handle heavy construction equipment What We Offer: Overtime opportunities Stable, long-term employment Benefits package (Health insurance, Paid time off, Holiday pay, 401k) How to Apply: Through this website Through company website www.boldsiteaz.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
