Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician located in Metairie, LA. The Technician will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and construction equipment. Duties include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. The role requires proper documentation of repairs and adherence to company standards. Qualifications Experience in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical systems and heavy equipmentKnowledge of tools and diagnostic equipment used in the maintenance of agricultural or construction equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsBasic computer skills for documentation and maintenance of recordsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesRelevant certifications or technical training in mechanics or equipment repair preferredAbility to work on-site in Metairie, LA, and adapt to diverse tasks as needed
