The CFO will be a key executive leader, responsible for providing a full continuum of mental health and substance use treatment services. This role demands a strategic and relational financial leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly in regulated healthcare settings. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board to enhance the organization's financial operations, support service growth, and ensure long-term sustainability.The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of the community behavioral health funding environment, including Medicaid reimbursement and state funding models. They must be committed to the organization's mission of providing accessible, comprehensive care and be adept at balancing financial sustainability with community-centered service. The role involves leading financial functions, modernizing systems, and improving automation while respecting the existing organizational culture. The CFO will also oversee facilities and IT, playing a critical role in capital planning and development. A hands-on, visible leadership style, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.
