Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Huntington, WV. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renovation and landscaping projects. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing timelines, ensuring quality inspections, handling logistics, expediting materials and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the project. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to set timelines, manage budgets, and oversee project deliverablesProficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materialsExperience in inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards across all projectsLogistics Management expertise for organizing and coordinating resources effectivelyExceptional organizational, time management, and communication skillsProven ability to lead teams and build positive working relationships with clients and vendorsKnowledge of construction or landscaping processes is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is a plus
