Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately process cash handling transactions and manage guest checks. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed. Willingness to answer incoming calls and take orders over the phone. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
