You will also be responsible for providing support to management and staff, including coordinating meetings, managing databases, and assisting with project work as needed. Key skills for this role include strong organizational abilities, effective communication, proficiency in office software, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and time management.Responsibilities:Administering all testing for local applicants and coordinating badging and vettingAssist with recruiting, hiring, and training of local employeesMaintain employee schedulesDaily management of timekeeping entries, payroll, and assisting with issuesHandling HR related issues, communication with corporate and file managementHandle any reports or information requested by Station ManagementCan work on client specific supply orders, reporting, and complianceMaintains a strong working relationship with airline partnersCan demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job locationUtilizing excellent communication skills for client interactionEmploying problem solving abilities for issue resolutionPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications:18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesCommunicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving recordBilingual in English/Spanish a plus2 Years experience as an Admin or Administrative AssistantExperience in customer service requiredIntermediate/Highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be flexible to work extended hours on occasion to support our field operationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
