Senior Technical Program ManagerLocation: Seattle, WA (4 Days Onsite)Job Type: Full TimeExperience: 15+ YearsSalary: $140,000 - $150,000 + BenefitsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives focused on Merchandise Planning, Forecasting, Sizing, Allocation, and Inventory Optimization within a retail technology environment.This is a highly technical individual contributor role (not a people management position) requiring a seasoned TPM who can drive complex programs, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams, and deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical programs across multiple teams.Drive initiatives related to merchandise planning, forecasting, sizing, allocation, inventory optimization, and retail planning systems.Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Manage cross-functional dependencies, technical roadmaps, risks, and release planning to ensure successful program execution.Coordinate architecture discussions, system integrations, data flows, and delivery sequencing across enterprise platforms.Ensure releases align with merchandising cycles, planning timelines, and business priorities.Drive Agile delivery practices, program governance, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.Lead production issue management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.Present program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Required Qualifications15+ years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience.Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise technology programs in complex environments.Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum.Experience working with retail planning, merchandising, allocation, forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain technology.Hands-on experience managing cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams.Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, integrations, and distributed systems.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI/ML-based forecasting or optimization solutions.Experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan or similar enterprise planning tools.Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud data platforms.Background in Retail, Apparel, or Omnichannel commerce environments.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
