Shift Leader

looking for a work leader, after receiving the proper training and orientation, to manage independently a shift, process customers, operate the various appliances and equipment at the store, including reporting needed repairs or appliance malfunction to management. Duties include counting shift cash and close out the shift or day. Candidate shall be able to process customers at the counter, take orders by phone, process takeout orders, and relay any outstanding issues to management or to the next shift leader taking over the store operation. Our business strives on customer satisfaction and in that regard, candidate shall be able to ensure customers are attended to timely and any outstanding issues be brought immediately to management attention.
