Tile setter (variable piece rate)

Variable Piece Rate InstallerThe primary responsibility of the Variable Piece Rate Installer is to ensure the precise installation of flooring tile. Essential functions include surface preparation, measuring and marking, tile cutting and shaping, adhesive application, tile installation, grouting and finishing, tile repair and replacement, working with different materials, following blueprints, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Education and experience in construction, including flooring tile, are required. The candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environments, possess strong problem-solving skills, be organized and process-oriented, and have attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills are also necessary. The physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and stoop for 8+ hours, with minor lifting and carrying.
