The position involves managing mid-complexity sourcing events, negotiating contracts, and acting as the primary liaison for supplier interactions and stakeholder needs. Success requires direct experience in procurement and a strong understanding of sourcing processes from initiation to completion.Key Responsibilities:Execute RFx processes, evaluate supplier bids, and negotiate commercial terms.Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding tactical issues and performance.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and achieve procurement requirements.Ensure adherence to procurement policies and identify opportunities for process improvement.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience leading RFx events and negotiating service-based contracts.Direct, hands-on experience in tactical procurement and category buying.Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to define requirements.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment .
