Project Engineer

Project Engineer – Commercial Multifamily Construction Location: Looking to fill one position in Central Oregon and one in Eugene Oregon. Company: CS Construction Employment Type: Full-Time CS Construction is seeking a Project Engineer with around 5+ years of experience to support our growing portfolio of large-scale commercial multifamily projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step confidently into a Senior Project Engineer role and gain hands-on experience with complex builds—while being surrounded by a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. **This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who’s already spent a few years in the field as a Project Engineer and is ready to bring their skills to the next level on large scale commercial projects. ** What You'll Do: · Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with document control, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and procurement · Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers · Assist with change orders, cost tracking, and field issue resolution · Participate in jobsite walks and inspections · Help keep fast-paced projects on track, on budget, and on schedule What We’re Looking For: · 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (multifamily experience a plus) · Strong organizational and communication skills · Proficient in construction management software and document control systems · Ready to take ownership, solve problems, and grow into a leadership role · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Why CS Construction?
