FIRST PACIFIC ∙ FIRSTFun ∙ Inspire ∙ Respect ∙ Service ∙ TeamA Day in the Life:The Leasing Specialist is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, facilitating renewals, coordinating resident activities, and maintaining resident relations. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in procedures. Are you a sales Rock Star? Then we are looking for someone just like you for our leasing teams!Leasing Specialist must haves:Please note this is a full-time position (Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and some Saturdays (10am-4pm)Salary range includes hourly salary plus commissionsComputer literacy in MS Word, Excel, e-mail Familiarity with the internet required.
