As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering the Nell Hill's experience to every guest who walks through our doors - helping them find décor they love, maintaining a beautiful and organized store, and contributing to a welcoming, design-forward atmosphere.What You'll DoCustomer Service & SalesGreet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalismProvide knowledgeable product recommendations and design inspirationCommunicate product details, promotions, and policies clearly to guestsProcess purchases and returns at the register with accuracy and careWork collaboratively to meet daily and weekly sales goals Execute brand standards to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experienceStore Maintenance & Visual StandardsHelp maintain a visually inspiring and organized boutique environmentSupport merchandising, restocking, and display upkeep on the sales floorRestock merchandise and keep displays well-presented throughout your shiftAssist with tagging, product placement, and inventory labeling as neededOperational SupportAssist in opening and closing duties as needed, including registersSupport light inventory tasks, including organizing and restocking returned itemsCommunicate stock issues, damages, or guest needs to leadershipSupport store events, promotions, and seasonal needs as they ariseComplete other tasks a assigned by store leadershipStore Hours: Monday–Saturday 10AM–6PM | Sunday 12PM–5PMWho You AreFriendly, approachable, and confident interacting with guestsSelf-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility - you take ownership without being managed closelyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environmentA team player who genuinely enjoys contributing to a collaborative, close-knit teamPassionate about home décor, design, and retailAvailable for weekend hours (required)Prior retail or customer service experience preferredPhysical RequirementsComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsAble to lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly, without assistanceAdaptable to a retail environment with frequent guest interaction and task-switchingWHY NELL HILL'SYou'll be part of a creative, close-knit team dedicated to making every guest feel inspired and at home.
