Skill Set M365, Intune, and SharePoint: Deeper knowledge of SharePoint (focus more on SharePoint than general M365 tasks) NOT seeking a purely technical SharePoint administrator or a generalist who lacks SharePoint skills -- bridge both areas and contribute to modernizing the organization's technology stack Ideal Candidate Profile 7–8 years of experience: Mid-career professionals who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity would be most successful in the client's evolving environment.
