Contract Controller

Leading the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, the full-time Contract Controller will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, working remotely or in a hybrid model. Key responsibilities Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general ledger processes Oversee financial reporting and month-end close activities while collaborating with the CFO and executive leadership Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic financial goals Required qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is a plus Experience in construction, general contracting, manufacturing, or project-based environments is highly preferred
