As a core member of the Integration Management Office, the role supports governance, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams and acquisitions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end‑to‑end post‑merger integration projects, from pre‑close planning to post‑close execution and stabilizationServe as dedicated project manager in IMO, supporting governance, execution, and standardization of integration approachesPartner with IMO leadership and internal functional teams to align integration efforts with deal objectives, synergy targets, and integration playbooksDevelop, manage, and coordinate integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations across functional workstreamsApply Enterprise PMO & IMO methodologies, tools, and controls to integration initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
