About the role: The CMM Data Programmer is responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining inspection programs and data for our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and related inspection systems. This role blends precision programming with data management — turning complex blueprint specifications into accurate, repeatable inspection programs and structured inspection data.Responsibilities:Develop and validate CMM programs, run inspections, and generate documentation/data for development and first-run production tape proofsProgram and validate CMM inspection data for all First Article Inspection (FAI) requirementsCompile FAI data packages, including full documentation and inspection records, and maintain/update the inspection databaseMentor team members on CMM programming, setup, and data entry best practicesInterpret complex blueprints, quality standards, and process specifications to translate them into structured programs and datasetsCollaborate effectively with engineering, quality, and management teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyRequirements:Minimum 1 year of CMM programming experienceStrong attention to detail when working with technical data and documentationAbility to lift from floor to waist (lift assist or assistance required for lifts over 50 lbs)Eligibility for government security clearance, if requiredMust pass pre-employment drug testing (marijuana, cocaine, PCP, amphetamines, opioids, alcohol)Willingness to relocate with employer-provided relocation packageBenefits:Dental, health, and life insuranceHealth savings account & flexible spending accountEmployee assistance programRetirement planTuition reimbursementRelocation assistance
