Your day-to-day duties will include:Application Management: Efficiently process both online and paper applications within the licensing system.Compliance Oversight: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to state statutes and organizational guidelines.Background Checks: Manage the fingerprinting process and perform necessary background checks; maintain clear communication with applicants regarding their status.Public Engagement: Act as a point of contact for the public, responding to inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.Financial Administration: Log fees and receipts accurately to maintain organized financial records.Board Support: Assist with board operations by preparing meeting materials and documenting minutes; attendance at board meetings is required.Office Operations: Maintain office efficiency by managing supply orders and other administrative tasks as needed.Who You AreWe are looking for a proactive team player who can hit the ground running.
