Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in San Jose, CA. The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, supervising field staff, inspecting project progress, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget is essential. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and resource allocationProficiency in construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and permitsAbility to lead teams effectively with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience working with contractors, architects, and design teamsKeen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality construction standardsProficient in construction management software and toolsAbility to work on-site full-time, including the physical ability to navigate job sitesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferredRelevant certifications, such as OSHA, are a plus
