Auto Body Technician – Full-Time Based in Moravia, NY Pay Range: $25–$32/hour (based on experience) Apply at: www.alnyetrucking.com We’re seeking a skilled Full-Time Auto Body Technician to join our team in Moravia, NY, helping maintain our fleet of cars, trucks, and trailers in top condition. Job Summary Perform skilled body, paint, and frame repairs on company vehicles to ensure they meet all operational and safety standards. Essential Job Duties Body/Frame Repair Scheduled and unscheduled body/frame repairs Rust removal, sanding, painting Structural and collision repair on cars, trucks, and trailers Miscellaneous Repairs Additional repair tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Certified NYS Collision Repair Technician Valid driver’s license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical problems Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems Safe, accurate, efficient repair practices Able to work independently Strong problem-solving skills Excellent organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication Experience with Fleet Software Management Systems Ability to complete paperwork and follow SOPs Tools & Equipment Tablet Welder Grinder Forklift & pallet jack Hand and power tools Safety Gear Provided: Safety glasses • Hearing protection • Gloves • Respirator & mask Benefits 401(k) matching Shared Company-Paid Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Guaranteed Life Insurance (up to $100,000) Supplemental Insurances Paid Time Off (PTO) Quarterly Safety Bonus Referral Bonus Company Uniforms (optional cleaning service included) Physical & Mental Requirements Lift/move 100+ lbs occasionally, 50+ lbs frequently, 20+ lbs constantly Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and repetitive motions Strong mental and visual focus for detailed repair work Work Environment Exposure to noise, fumes, dust, oils Work around moving equipment, fall hazards, confined spaces Routine safety precautions required
