Key Account Manager | Fraud / AML / KYCWhat We're Looking ForEnterprise Key Account Manager or similar experienceStrong background in fraud, identity verification, AML/KYC, or fintech infrastructureWhat You'll Be DoingServe as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, supporting both day-to-day needs and long-term strategic initiativesDevelop a strong understanding of the platform and clearly communicate its capabilities to customersTranslate technical and product challenges into actionable solutions and coordinate resolution across internal teamsGuide customers on best practices related to identity verification, compliance, and risk workflowsBuild and maintain key performance metrics, reporting insights, and value-driven outcomes for clientsAct as a strategic partner to customers as they scale and evolve their compliance and risk operationsCollaborate cross-functionally to surface customer insights and improve product adoption and experienceWhat You'll Need8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Risk within B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise-focusedExperience working with API-based products and customer integrationsStrong understanding of fintech, identity verification, compliance, fraud, or AML/KYC workflowsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate insightsExperience with BI tools or customer reporting/analytics platformsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesStrong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business stakeholdersExperience supporting complex enterprise implementations or technical productsProactive, process-oriented mindset with a focus on customer value and efficiencyLocation & CompensationRemote | San Francisco Bay Area preferredBase: $150,000 – $180,000Bonus + equity + benefits
