We’re working with a leading elite M&A boutique looking to add Associates across their sector coverage teams in the US. The platform has experienced a massive increase in deal volume and revenue over the last year. Our client is now looking to invest in high calibre talent to help support the ongoing deal flow. This is a great opportunity to join one of the top M&A boutiques and get great exposure to a strong deal flow working with very exciting large-cap clients.Key Responsibilities:• Execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling and valuation• Preparation of client materials (pitchbooks, CIMs, board presentations)• Managing diligence processes and coordinating with clients and counterparties• Mentoring AnalystsQualifications:• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, preferably at a bulge bracket or elite boutique platform• Strong technical skillset (LBO, DCF, merger models)• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environmentWhy this opportunity:• Strong large-cap deal flow and established name• Work with a strong brand and senior bankers • Exposure to large and exciting clients
