As Lead Integration Engineer, you will lead a team to discover and implement solutions in concert with the product development teams, collaborating directly with clients to scope, plan, and execute projects. This is a highly interactive role that requires the skills of a team player who can write quality code to solve technical challenges and collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. You will need to be willing to learn quickly, growing your understanding of our architecture, product landscape, and the business context. You will be joining us on an ever-growing engineering team and will have direct impact on the clients we serve.What You’ll DoLead a team in identifying and implementing solutions alongside product development teams, while partnering directly with clients to define scope, plan initiatives, and deliver successful projects.Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Java and Spring BootBuild and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate with third-party systems (e.g., SaaS platforms, internal enterprise systems, APIs) Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across distributed systems Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for scalability and performance Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices Provide technical guidance and support during client onboarding and implementation phasesProactive, resilient, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering, information sciences, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in Java development with strong integration experienceStrong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture Experiencing working with EpicExperience building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON/XML Proven client-facing or customer-facing experienceExperience with integration patterns (messaging, ETL, API gateways) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong ownership mindset and accountability Comfortable working in cross-functional and client-facing environments Adaptable and responsive in fast-paced, project-driven settingsWhy You’ll Like Working HereCompetitive SalaryAnnual Bonus PotentialHealth, Dental & Vision InsuranceUnlimited PTO PolicyMatching 401K with immediate vestingSubsidized Lunches at our Cleveland HeadquartersFast Paced work environment in a growth companyNewly Renovated Office SpaceSalary RangeThe expected salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 annually.
