We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at an advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic.
