Job Title: Junior Wireless DSP/PHY Algorithm Engineer / RemoteLocation : RemoteJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior Wireless DSP/PHY Algorithm Engineer to join our wireless communications team. In this role, you will help develop, implement, and optimize digital signal processing (DSP) and physical layer (PHY) algorithms used in modern wireless communication systems such as 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and future wireless technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and developing DSP and PHY algorithms for wireless communication systems.Implement algorithms in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ for simulation and validation.Analyze algorithm performance through simulations and testing.Support the optimization of signal processing functions such as modulation, channel estimation, equalization, synchronization, and error correction.Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineering teams.Prepare technical documentation and test reports.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of digital signal processing and wireless communication concepts.Familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or C/C++.Knowledge of wireless standards such as LTE, 5G NR, or Wi-Fi is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of PHY layer concepts, OFDM, MIMO, and channel coding.Experience with simulation and data analysis tools.Exposure to algorithm development or research projects in wireless communications.This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers who are passionate about wireless technologies and signal processing to contribute to the development of next-generation communication systems.
