Naval Surface Warfare Program Director
Serve as a senior leader to work within Booz Allen's engineering and science (E&S) team to drive business development and lead technical solutioning for engineering, research and development (R&D), integration, and development opportunities for multiple Navy clients. Develop, socialize, and execute a robust business growth strategy that leads to the growth of client business and manage primary client contacts at multiple warfare centers. Engage and work closely with market-team peers and external clients to develop a pipeline, drive new business growth, and lead proposal and business development activities. Challenge and improve the baseline business constantly and conceptualize and propose new capability ideas for future growth based on client needs. Develop and maintain local relationships throughout the industry and government. Propose novel technical solutions. Fulfill the Officer in Charge (OIC) role for multiple contracts ensuring program managers execute all phases of contract execution and delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance, planning, resourcing, hiring, and risk management for successful technical performance.
You Have
10+ years of experience with leading successful capture activities for government acquisitions
10+ years of experience with technical or engineering work in the surface maritime domain
10+ years of experience with leading teams of 50+ FTE performing disparate tasks in multiple locations
10+ years of experience with developing and executing business strategies to achieve successful, quality growth
Experience with client and industry relationships across the US Navy
Knowledge of DOW government contracts, acquisition, and proposal processes and Navy Warfare Centers and Systems Commands
Ability to lead technical discussions that introduce Booz Allen capabilities and how we can solve a broad array of client problems that may include use of Artificial Intelligence, moving to a Digital Environment, basic Unmanned Vehicle and Counter-Unmanned concepts, and Spectrum Warfare systems
Ability to routinely travel to multiple, geographically disparate warfare centers up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
Nice If You Have
Experience with the three pillars of NSWC Crane technical areas including Strategic Systems, Spectrum Warfare, and Expeditionary Systems
Experience with NSWC Port Hueneme, NSWC Corona, and Expeditionary Warfare Center technical capabilities
TS/SCI clearance

Compensation
Salary range: $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
