Job SummaryElliott Davis, LLC's Transaction Advisory Services ("TAS") practice assists clients by providing financial and tax due diligence, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. We are rapidly growing and would love to have you join our team!ResponsibilitiesPerform and assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyersAbility to analyze large volumes of data to prepare an Excel data book, with an emphasis on the quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and net working capital analysisAptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptionsAssist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target managementCreate and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerationsAbility to communicate due diligence findings confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner both verbally and in written reportsAbility to collaborate and work within teams to ensure timely and efficient product deliveryDevelop and strengthen productive working relationships with client personnelCollaborate with other Elliott Davis team membersRequirementsA minimum of three years of experience with audit or transaction services is requiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college/universityCurrent licensed CPA preferredBig 4, National or large regional firm experience preferredExcellent analytical and Microsoft Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAptitude towards business developmentAbility to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting issuesAbility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi-task)Superior client service focusAbility to travel to client locations as required#LI-EH1#LI-HYBRIDWHY YOU SHOULD JOIN USWe believe that when our employees are able to thrive in all facets of life, their work and impact are that much greater.That's right – all aspects of life, not just your life as an employee, because we understand that there's life beyond your job.
