Emergency Response Program Supervisor
Department: Environment, Health, and SafetyLocation: SMCDescriptionFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Emergency Response Program Supervisor to lead emergency preparedness initiatives and ensure effective response programs are in place to protect employees, facilities, and operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Environmental, Health, and Safety Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.The Emergency Response Program Supervisor will develop and manage emergency response plans, coordinate training and drills, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting site-wide safety initiatives, and assist this Environmental, Health, and Safety Department as needed.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain site emergency response plans, procedures, and programsCoordinate and lead emergency response teams, including fire brigade, evacuation teams, and first respondersEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and local emergency management regulations and standardsPlan, schedule, and execute emergency drills including fire, evacuation, medical, and hazardous material scenariosEvaluate drill performance and implement improvements to response effectivenessServe as primary point of contact during emergency situations and support incident command structureConduct risk assessments to identify potential emergency scenarios and mitigation strategiesCollaborate with local emergency services, including fire departments, EMS, and law enforcementMaintain emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, alarms, spill kits, and first aid suppliesOversee inspection, testing, and maintenance schedules for emergency systems and equipmentProvide training to employees on emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and response expectationsMaintain documentation and records for emergency plans, drills, and regulatory complianceSupport incident investigations related to emergency events and recommend corrective actionsAssist in business continuity and disaster recovery planning effortsPromote a culture of preparedness and safety awareness across the facilityOther Duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Emergency Management, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in emergency response, EHS, or safety programs in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong knowledge of emergency response frameworks, OSHA regulations, and NFPA standardsExperience leading drills, training programs, and emergency response teamsFamiliarity with Incident Command System (ICS) and emergency management principlesExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in high-stress situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtainAbility to stand, walk, and respond quickly in a production environment and lift up to 25 poundsReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.
