Job SummaryThe Director of Corporate Investment Banking leads the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financial transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. This role involves managing client relationships, driving business development, and overseeing deal teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions.Job Description- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, debt, and equity transactions- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships- Identify and originate new business opportunities- Provide strategic financial advice and market insights to clients- Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes- Manage and mentor junior team members- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (legal, accounting, investors)- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field(MBA or CFA preferred)- 10++ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services- Proven track record in executing M&A, debt, and equity transactions- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills- Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and regulatory frameworks- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong attention to detail- Strong network of corporate clients, investors, and industry professionals is a plus- Fluency in English & Korean What's On Offer
