Since 1986, our family-owned company has managed neighborhood group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. As a QIDP, you will assist adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting by overseeing plans of care. You will receive support from CILA supervisors, nursing, and clinical staff, as you help to maintain the culture of delivering excellent clinical services while assuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (sociology, special education, psychology, other), from a four-year college or university; AND at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
