Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and design-driven Project Manager to oversee luxury residential, hospitality, and select commercial projects from concept through completion. This is a leadership role for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects independently while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, accountability, and design excellence.The Project Manager will work closely with the principal designer, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure every project is executed seamlessly while protecting the company’s design vision and elevated client experience.DutiesManage multiple interior design projects from initial concept to final installationCoordinate with clients, contractors, architects, vendors, and trades throughout all project phasesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverablesOversee ordering, procurement, and tracking of furnishings, materials, and finishesConduct site visits, job walks, and installation coordinationEnsure projects remain on schedule and within budgetManage financial operations including budgeting, estimates, invoicing, accounts payable/receiveable and real-time cost trackingResolve field issues, revisions, contractor questions, and project challenges proactivelySupport client communication and maintain a polished, high-level client experienceTrack client decisions, approvals, and design sign-offs to ensure clear documentation and project progressionSkillsStrong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and schedulingExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage multiple active projects simultaneouslyExcellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Houzz Pro, Studio Designer, QuickBooks, Canva or comparable project management systemsValid driver’s license and availability for site visits and installationsManagement, Construction or Interior Design degree preferred
