Installation Project Manager

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH The Installation Manager oversees all installation operations across the West Coast, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a hands-on leader, they guide installation teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project exceeds expectations. YOUR DAILY Lead installation projects at client sites from start to finish. Manage installation teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with clients and sales teams on project scope and schedules. Track progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule. Conduct site visits and maintain accurate project documentation. Ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety standards. Train and support team members while serving as the primary client contact. Provide regular project updates to management on status and performance. Requirements YOU BRING WITH YOU o 3 to 5 years of experience in product installation or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. o Bilingual (English and Spanish) o Strong knowledge of product installation procedures, tools, and equipment. o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team. o Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively. o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools. o Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of project management software. OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
