Two family medicine physicians with surgical OB are needed for a fantastic quality of life in a picturesque communityCandidates can be either MD/DO and new graduates are welcome to applyWork either four, 10-hour rural health clinic shifts per week or one 24-hour shift in the critical access hospital ER plus two, 10-hour clinic shifts per weekThe clinic sees 18-20 patients per 10-hour shift and the ER sees 12 patients per 24-hour shiftYou will deliver between 45-50 babies annually with the opportunity to deliver moreSingle coverage with Chief of Staff and Clinic Medical Director, 2 (soon to be 3) NPs, as well as 2 CRNAs SupportClinic call (Phone) is 1:3 with locums/ER doc support that translates to more like 1:5Earn $305K year one, $310K year two and $315K year three plus quarterly productivity incentivesSign-On Bonus of $50K and $25K relocationComprehensive medical benefits are offered including retirement +5% match, six weeks PTO, two weeks CME with $4K CME reimbursement plus national and state loan repayment options available (if not qualified BMHD offers $10K per year up to $50K)There are back up support/services including general surgeon, 3D mammography, radiology and imaging, onsite lab services, long-term care facility and moreEnjoy living your everyday life surrounded by beautiful, untouched scenery
