CMM Programmer

CMM Programmer Benefits and Compensation:
$35–$40/hour, based on experience
1st shift: 6:24 AM–2:54 PM with flexible hours
Overtime at 1.5x from 40–50 hours and 2x after 50 hours

CMM Programmer Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of dimensional inspection experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience inspecting precision-machined components to tolerances of 0.0002" or less
Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, and other precision inspection tools
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot dimensional and inspection issues
Must Haves:
Hands-on CMM programming experience, not solely CMM operation
Ability to independently program, set up, and run CMM equipment
Experience developing inspection programs for complex machined components
Ability to identify and communicate out-of-tolerance conditions to machining and engineering teams
CMM Programmer Preferred Background & Skills:
PC-DMIS programming experience
Hexagon CMM or portable measuring arm experience
Optical inspection experience
Aerospace or other tight-tolerance precision manufacturing background
