Applications submitted through any other method will not be accepted.Position Overview The Program Security Representative I (PSR I) provides multi-discipline security support for one or more Special Access Programs (SAPs). This role supports day-to-day analysis and execution of security activities across Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP environments in support of U.S. military operations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and applicable SAP security policiesAssist in developing and executing policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral informationProvide daily security support, including continuous evaluation of procedures and recommending improvementsIdentify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks impacting test, training, and operational activitiesSupport development, implementation, and training of the Operations Security (OPSEC) programAssist with oversight and support to contractors and subordinate facilitiesBrief government and senior personnel on security-related topicsConduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and close-outsTrack and report corrective actions resulting from compliance inspectionsNotify program leadership of relevant security matters in a timely mannerConduct preliminary inquiries and damage assessments involving loss or compromise of classified informationCoordinate with SAP security teams to integrate lessons learned into security education and awareness programsRequired Experience5–7 years of related security experienceSecurity Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) may substitute for up to 3 years of experienceSpecial Program Security Certification (SPSC) may substitute for up to 5 years of experienceMaximum substitution for SPED certifications is 5 yearsEducationBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years)Security RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance requiredEligibility for access to Special Access Program (SAP) informationWillingness to submit to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
