This is a role for a high-energy professional who thrives on the road, builds deep roots in the construction industry, and takes pride in delivering life-saving solutions.The RoleTake full ownership of your territory by identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships.Build a consistent network with local Architects, General Contractors, and Glaziers to get TSS products specified.Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from the first outbound call through to installation and final follow-up.Educate clients on our "proven process" and the technical benefits of our ballistic-rated products.Stay active in trade associations like AIA and BOMA to keep TSS at the forefront of the industry.Maintain a high level of activity in HubSpot to ensure every proposal is followed up on and closed in a timely manner.What You Bring to the TeamA strong entrepreneurial spirit and a "hunter" mentality.A solid understanding of the construction industry and how to navigate complex job sites.The ability to present confidently to everyone from site glaziers to corporate executives.Grit and a goal-oriented mindset—you’re always looking for ways to expand project scopes and improve your commission potential.Proficiency with modern tools like Google Apps and CRM systems to keep your workflow organized.A willingness to travel regularly to meet our customers where they are.Why TSS?Every deal you close at TSS contributes to a safer world.
