Role Description This is hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor in multiple LA locations including: Baton Rouge, Metairie, Slidell, Hammond, Lafayette and Lake Charles. The Benefits Advisor will consult with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their employee benefits needs. Daily responsibilities include educating clients on available insurance and benefits options, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting advisimg sessions for employers and employees, and driving sales to meet your personal goals. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge in Employee Benefits and Insurance productsExperience in providing exceptional Customer Service and delivering training sessions effectivelyProven track record in Sales and relationship buildingStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to operate in a hybrid role, managing both in-office and remote work effectivelyPrevious experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus but not required LA Life and Health insurance license required to perform role, but not required to be interviewed as we sponsor your licensing process
