Our team values high performance, accountability, and measurable results, ensuring that students gain access to the services they need.Position OverviewWe're seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure consistent brand execution across all marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders while tracking campaign performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and outreach channelsMonitor campaign performance metrics and provide optimization recommendationsMaintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channelsManage content calendars using project management tools (ClickUp, Airtable)Coordinate with design and video teams on creative asset development, including short-form video shoots and campaign contentTrack and report on KPIs including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROISupport marketing automation setup and email campaign managementStay on top of social media trends and incorporate them into Knowledge Road's content strategyRequired Qualifications1-2 years of marketing coordination or campaign management experienceProficiency with marketing tools: Google Analytics, Canva, Airtable, Google WorkspaceStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written communication abilitiesExperience with social media management, content scheduling, and basic video content coordinationBasic understanding of email marketing and automationDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsExperience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Pardot, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo)Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practicesFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)Knowledge of short-form video production and trend-based content creationBackground in education, B2B marketing, or nonprofit environmentsExperience with A/B testing and conversion optimizationSuccess MetricsLaunch 2+ successful marketing campaigns within first 90 daysImprove campaign conversion rates by 15% within 6 monthsMaintain project timelines with 95% on-time delivery rateCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $20-30/hr based on experiencePerformance-based bonuses tied to campaign resultsCompany laptop and phoneGenerous PTO policyProfessional development budgetHealth benefits packageHow to ApplySubmit your resume along with examples of campaigns you've managed or coordinated.
