security standardizationRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Database Engineer / Lead to play a critical role in designing, engineering, and operating enterprise database platforms while driving modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.This role will act as a technical leader and subject matter expert (SME) across Oracle platforms and will contribute to cross-platform database strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization across the enterprise.Core ResponsibilitiesOracle Platform Engineering & Lifecycle ManagementArchitect, deploy, and manage Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, 23c) across OLTP, Data Warehouse, and mixed workloadsLead engineering and operations of:Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)Data Guard (Active/Standby, DR strategy)GoldenGate (real-time replication, zero-downtime migrations)ASM (Automatic Storage Management)Manage full database lifecycle:Provisioning, cloning, patching (RU/RUR cycles), upgrades, decommissioningDrive standardization of database configurations, naming, and deployment modelsExadata & Engineered Systems LeadershipLead operations and engineering for:Exadata X6, X7, X8, X9 platformsExadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC)Exadata Cloud / Exadata@GCPPlan and execute:Platform upgrades and consolidationsDecommissioning of legacy systems (X6
