Delivery Associate

As a Delivery Driver you will deliver packages while enjoying your independence as you travel to customers' doors. We provide a van and this is a non-CDL position. Delivery Service Partners (DSP) are independent businesses that have a partnership with warehouses and stations to deliver packages. If you enjoy being part of a team and delivering the WOW to customers as they receive their packages, come join our growing team!QualificationsResponsibilitiesOperate your delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all timesUse a provided hand held device for routing informationNavigate safely through neighborhoods and traffic following route guidanceOperate your vehicle and deliver packages in all weather conditions.Deliver packages with a WOW. We want to treat all customers with respect and kindness.Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationStep in and out of delivery vans several times a day and walk up and down steps.Deliver up to 200-250 packages a dayShift Flexibility Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends)Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs.Shifts Range between 8-10 hours per day.Shifts are available 7 days per weekFull-time shifts are typically 4 days on and 3 days off including at least 1 weekend day off.Weekends shifts also availableRequirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.Valid driver's license in the state of employment.Prior Amazon delivery experience is preferredUse of mapping and GPS programs.Growth mindset and application towards opportunities to learn, contribute and collaborate with a new company.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to stay focused and operate a vehicle safely in traffic.Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns in the Little Rock area.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
