Job Summary and Responsibilities JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic FACULTY PHYSICAN who is passionate about the health and well being of our patients to under direction from the clinical chairman provide patient care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. MD or DO degree Board qualified or certified. AZ licensed physician credentialed SJHMC membership in appropriate professional associations and societies and successful completion of residency program required Job Requirements Successful completion of residency program preferred. Experience with a craniofacial/ maxillofacial population preferred. Credentialed at St. Joseph?s. ACPA involvement preferred.
