Manage the documentation lifecycle for assigned workstreams, updating materials as new findings and requirements emerge. Translate technical investigation findings into actionable requirements for engineering, product, vendor, and operations teams. Maintain traceability between observed system behavior, business needs, documented requirements, and implementation. Define current-state and future-state process flows for assigned payment experiences. Document system interactions, data flows, control points, and exception scenarios. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support technical investigations and integration delivery. Contribute to initiatives involving vendor integrations, platform modernization, and payment experience improvements. Support cross-team coordination to help move concurrent Payments Engineering initiatives forward.
