The role includes local deliveries within a 50-mile radius, allowing drivers to stay close to home while supporting a dynamic and expanding operation.Type of Hire: Direct HireTitle: Hazmat Endorsed CDL Class A DriverLocation: Santa Maria, CAWork Schedule: Day ShiftCompensation: $25.00PRINCIPAL DUTIES:Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) safely, adhering to all relevant regulations.Perform local transport of hazardous materials within a designated 50-mile radius.Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.Maintain detailed logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents by regulations.Deliver goods promptly and accurately, upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.Follow all safety protocols and procedures, particularly those related to hazardous materials handling.Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.REQUIREMENTSValid CDL Class A license with Hazmat endorsement.3-5 years of commercial driving experience.Demonstrated history of safe and efficient driving practices.Familiarity with regulations and safety standards.Proficiency in operating and maintaining vehicle equipment safely and efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.High school diploma or equivalent.For IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, please apply immediately with your resume and availability to interview.
