Shop Manager

Job Summary:The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all team and shop operations within a luxury concession. This role will focus on customer service, team management and performance, sales performance, and efficiency ensuring maintenance of operational standards.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate staff in exercising exceptional customer service skills with clients.Maintain visual standards in alignment with brand expectations.Support with recruitment and performance management of existing staffOversee daily operations managed by the sales and operations staffAnalyze sales performance and manage sales and inventory reportingEnsure consistent communication with HQ Retail team and management teamRequirements:Experience in retail management, ideally within luxury fashion.Strong leadership abilities with experience in team development and coaching.Experience working with UnionsExpertise in store operations, including inventory management and financial reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.Proficiency in different inventory systems and POS platformsVM proficiency Scheduling flexibility
