This full-time position requires strong management skills to drive sales, ensure client satisfaction, and lead a team. Work schedule is Monday to Friday with one late day per week. Proficiency in general office technology is required. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in luxury retail, spa, or aesthetic industry. Experience in leading teams, coaching staff, and driving sales performance. Strong customer service skills with ability to handle escalations and service recovery. Proficiency in managing payroll, scheduling, and performance reviews. Computer proficiency and strong administrative accuracy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve independently and maintain professionalism under pressure. Qualifications Experience in medical spa, dermatology, aesthetics, or luxury retail environments preferred. College degree with emphasis in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with KPIs, sales reporting, and CRM or scheduling systems preferred.
