This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising inventory processes, workflow coordination, stockroom operations, cycle counts, material handling activities, and team performance.The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution teams while driving accountability, process improvements, and operational efficiency across departments.Job Title: Inventory Control SupervisorLocation: Irving, TX (On-site)Employment Type: Temp / Contract (90 Days)Pay Rate: $30–$35/hourResponsibilitiesSupervise daily inventory and warehouse operationsOversee cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and stockroom managementCoordinate workflow and material handling processesLead, coach, and mentor warehouse team membersDrive operational efficiency and process improvementsMonitor team productivity and ensure accountabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams across operations and logisticsMaintain compliance with operational and safety standardsSupport shipping, receiving, and inventory control activitiesEnsure efficient inventory movement and warehouse organizationRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years of lead or supervisory experience within: Warehouse operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Distribution or Repair environmentsStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication and leadership abilitiesExperience managing inventory accuracy and cycle countsAbility to multitask within high-volume operational environmentsComfortable working in a hands-on warehouse settingPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s DegreeExperience managing 15+ hourly employeesLean or Six Sigma exposureBackground in shipping/receiving leadershipExperience improving operational workflows and warehouse processesNote: This is a 90-day temporary contract role requiring candidates to work fully onsite in Irving, TX.
