Senior Military Analyst/Deputy CIG/Alternate Program Manager Location: Fort Rucker, ALTechnical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) is not your normal government contractor. We work with our customers to identify their strategic and tactical needs and then seek the most innovative solutions to those requirements.Required Qualifications BA/BS degree requiredMinimum of 20 years of Army Aviation experienceMust have served as an Aviation commissioned branch officerMust have served as an Aviation Battalion Commander (or Army Aviation director-level equivalent)In-depth understanding of Army Aviation combat operations and doctrinal application across operational echelons, including enemy tactics and capabilitiesExpert-level research and executive communication skillsAbility to respond to high-priority, short-turn tasks with speed and accuracyStrong understanding of DOTMLPF-P assessments and Aviation operationsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skillsDemonstrated success collaborating across functions in mission-oriented environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsPreferred Qualifications Graduate of a military Senior Service CollegePrevious service on AVCOE Staff strongly preferredClearance Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearancePhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
