Working closely with the Executive Chef, this role supports a high-end catering program where execution, organization, and presence on event days are essential. This is an opportunity to cook at a venue guests choose for their most important moments.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute culinary production for large-scale catered events at The Crossvines, from prep through serviceSupport the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and event executionCollaborate on menu development, tastings, and seasonal event offeringsAssist with ordering, inventory management, and food cost controlsSupervise, train, and support hourly culinary team members during prep and eventsMaintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistencyEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsSupport new culinary programs and menu rollouts tied to events and venue offeringsQualificationsMinimum five years of experience in high-end catering or event-focused culinary operationsDemonstrated experience executing large-scale, high-volume eventsStrong culinary fundamentals with the ability to lead from the kitchenExperience supporting menu planning, ordering, and cost managementComfort supervising and developing hourly kitchen teamsWorking knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practicesServSafe certification preferredApply to Restaurant Associates today!Restaurant Associates is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
