Job DescriptionAbout the RoleLEREVE SKIN INSTITUTE is seeking a qualified full time onsite Designated Representative (DR) to oversee regulatory compliance for prescription and OTC drug distribution operations. Pharmacists or experienced pharmacy technicians interested in transitioning into a drug distribution compliance role are also encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the company's Designated Representative for Texas wholesale drug distribution licensingEnsure compliance with Texas DSHS, FDA, and DSCSA regulationsDevelop and maintain SOPs for drug storage, handling, and distributionOversee drug distribution records and regulatory documentationVerify authorized trading partners (suppliers and customers)Support state licensing applications and regulatory inspectionsManage procedures for product recalls, complaints, and suspect product investigationsQualificationsEligible to serve as Designated Representative under Texas regulations3+ years experience in pharmaceutical distribution, regulatory compliance, or drug supply chain operationsKnowledge of DSCSA, FDA regulations, and wholesale drug distributor requirementsExperience developing compliance procedures and SOPsEmployment TypeOn-Site Full time, Dallas/Irving, TexasCompensationFull-time : $75,000 – $90,000 annual salary based on experiences and responsibility
