Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, dependable and have a proven track record of results. Under direction, will assist in the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be willing to work overtime and perform snow removal as well as be available for on-call coverage.Position Responsibilities clean vacant units, interior spaces, and grounds ensure that vacant units are turned over in a timely fashion grounds keeping, landscaping, and snow removal paint building interiors and associated prep-work miscellaneous carpentry repairs minor appliance repairs repair or replace plumbing fixtures change locksFull and comprehensive benefits, including Medical and Dental, Time Off, and 401(k) with Match.
